CIP4 organization – (International Cooperation for the Integration of Processes in Prepress, Press and Postpress Organization) (http://www.cip4.org ),.which is a not-for-profit association and is registered with the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission as a Standards Development Organization. CIP4 is established in Switzerland. CIP4 brings together vendors, consultants and end-users in the print communications, Graphic Arts industry, and associated sectors, covering a variety of equipment, software, peripherals, and processes.
By becoming a full member of this organization, SISTRADE, will be able to contribute and benefit from communication and industrial infrastructures management standards related with Graphic Arts and Printing Industry. These standards use the XML/ JDF language, in order to standardize the Customer – Company; Supplier – Company and vice-versa workflows, passing through the internal production workflow.
