Held on the 17th of March and organized by the University of Porto and INESC Porto, this workshop was focused on the study of the implementation of management systems Research, Development and Innovation (RDI) in four Portuguese companies, one of which, SISTRADE, is already certified. In this context SISTRADE was invited to present their case study in the area of implementation and certification of a management system for research, development and innovation (SGIDI) for a company.
SISTRADE management system RDI follows the norm NP4457. One of the important aspects of this tool is the configuration/parameterization, which allows a total adaptation to the organization, permiting total control of events. This system consists of several areas that allow the user to insert ideas and attach appropriate documentation in order to enrich the knowledge base. This information is shared by employees of the organization and will be available once needed. The user can track in run-time the status of the idea, as well as the obtained assessment. This module allows the user to manage the system in such a customizable way that is the most appropriate for each company.
