TEXTILE INDUSTRY
As a result of launched request for proposal for implementation of an industrial control system in the production unit of agriculture net of CORDEX group, SISTRADE made a requirement analysis with the consultants specialised in the area, who prepared a budget for the project and SISTRADE was chosen to make this project.
With the prior identification of requirements, SISTRADE implemented MES – Manufacturing Execution System, which includes features of equipment maintenance, quality control and logistics.
This project arises from the need to measure in a more accurate, more reliable and more rapid way the performance of this production plant. The major objective was OEE (Overall equipment effectiveness) ratio per machine, per work centre, per shift, day, week month and year.
SISTRADE within a little more than six months achieved this goal and much more!
