The implementation of Sistrade's Estimating module has significantly improved Tipocor's handling of customer inquiries and project estimations, enabling the company to generate accurate and timely quotes, which improved customer satisfaction. By integrating the Commercial Management feature, Tipocor has enhanced its ability to manage client relationships and track sales performance effectively, ensuring that each project meets client specifications and regulatory requirements. Moreover, the implementation of SISTRADE’s MES module has provided Tipocor with real-time insights into production processes. This enables Tipocor to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and make data-driven decisions to enhance productivity.
