This fair is the biggest and the most important fair for printing industry. This year's drupa brought together 1.837 exhibitors from 54 countries and 260.000 visitors from 188 countries. Overall, drupa 2016 was a success exceeding all expectations, with visitors from all over the world of extremely high decision-making competence. This year, the focus of the fair was the 3D printing and virtual reality, with a high number of exhibitors focusing on the latest type of printing: 3D printing.
During the 11 days of the fair, SISTRADE stand was attended by several hundred companies from different continents, from countries in the Middle East, Latin America, Northeast and Southeast Europe, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Turkey and other. One of the main objectives of SISTRADE in this fair was the consolidation of its brand in the international market, taking the advantage of the participation in the event to develop and expand contacts with different clients and partners.
During drupa 2016 SISTRADE focused on the full agenda filled with presentations on innovations, new technologies, flexible packaging, rigid packaging, label and digital markets as well as 3D presentation sessions. Every day, at the stand, SISTRADE offered visitors the degustation moment, where they could taste some flavours of Portugal and in the late afternoon, culture session, where the visitors could enjoy a glass of Port wine and listen to some music.
At the fair, SISTRADE launched the new version - S9 of MIS|ERP Sistrade®, with the new logo and new image. Sistrade® software has been redesigned into a new intuitive and easy to use interface that allows the user to customize the interface, choosing different font or background colour, header bar, sidebar sections and the area where the specific information is displayed.
New solutions Business Intelligence and SmartStatistics were presented:
Sistrade® BI is a multi-dimensional analysis tool, 100% Web based, responsive, user-oriented, which allows aligning the results to the commitments and interests of each company focused on previously established goals. This way, the managers are able to make quick and assertive decisions, using dynamic and appealing dashboards. The tool provides information and results focused on business challenges, providing the dashboards with the added value and guidelines to address the challenges that the managers are faced with.
Sistrade® SmartStatistics provides an analytical view of information processed using multiple dashboards built over all functional areas of Sistrade® ERP. The tool provides the most relevant indicators of each functional area of ERP (e.g.: accumulated sales volume, occupation of warehouses in stocks, job orders approved in production, quality, efficiency, availability ratios >> OEE, total debit and credit in accounting, number of active employees in Human Resource module, etc.).
3D presentation sessions gave visitors a memorable experience presenting the Supervision of Production in virtual reality/3D. Sistrade® SCADA (Supervision Control and Data Acquisition) is a fully customizable tool to suit each plant layout, multi factory, supports various sections and any type of resource, either a machine, a production line or a manual resource with human support.
Its main objective is graphical monitoring of the production status as well as the operating status of each resource. Each of the processes can be monitored. The results can be displayed with icons and colour effect, and their representation is in agreement with the data collection on the shop floor. And with this new addition the results can also be displayed in 3D. The 360o rendering enables the users to take a virtual tour through the shop floor and experience the display and functionality from various directions.
The success of the fair resulted in contacts with various companies in different countries, the brand recognition and an increasingly strong position in the market! SISTRADE continues to focus on the communication of its software in very important fairs, a strategy that has provided positive results over the years.
